To advertise the upcoming Senior Capstone Exhibition, each student in the class created a promotional poster with a theme that accurately represented the class as a whole. I chose to focus on the theme of alphabet soup, or rather “Coming in Hot” to allude to the different flavors and themes of each student’s capstone project.
In contrast to previous posters I had made, I wanted to create something that was more playful yet effective in a refined manner. Use of color, typography, and display of students’ names in a liquid-like fashion allowed me to convey this soup idea successfully. In addition to the creation of the print asset, I created a short motion graphic.
